The diaphragmatic breathing techniques that I learned from Christien Mann, my MAP trainer really works!!
I was in Sodwana Bay recently on a scuba diving holiday after 3 years of not diving. I am not an experienced diver and on all previous occasions used my available air very quickly and was always the first to go up to the boat and wait for the rest to finish their dive! This time after concentrating on diaphragmatic breathing I was able to use much less oxygen and finish all 5 my dives with the rest of the divers!!
Thanks to you – this has changed my diving experience for good!
