Since my husband and I became aware of the incredible benefits of deep breathing, we both noticed that not only did our core strength improve but our balance improved tremendously.

My husband had the benefit of being well prepared for recent surgery on his back. He’s been making strides towards full recovery, in many ways as a result of understanding the workings of fascia and muscle groups supporting his core. Being in our mid seventies, we both rejoice in the privilege of a weekly MAP class with Suné in Hartbeespoort. She truly is a born teacher!
